About minutes and renewal
What is a story minute?
It's what new stories use: a 5-minute story uses 5 story minutes. There's no limit on the number of stories, only on minutes. Listening again, as often as you like, is free.
What happens when my plan renews?
Your story minutes refill to your plan's monthly amount. Minutes you didn't use don't carry over.
What about extra minutes I buy?
Extra minutes are added straight away and last until your plan renews.
What does the free plan include?
Creating an account is free. The free plan has no monthly minutes: add extra minutes when you need them (they stay until you use them), or choose a plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel at any time from Me › Plan & story minutes in the app.
Which currency?
Prices are in euros and billed monthly.
